Destination Guide

The World's Most Perfect Escape

1,200 coral islands scattered across the equator — the Maldives exists on a scale so extraordinary it barely feels real. What awaits is a symphony of turquoise lagoons, house reefs teeming with manta rays and whale sharks, and overwater villas where the ocean laps beneath your floor. This is the destination for those who want to completely disappear. No cities, no noise — just the sound of water, the warmth of the sun, and menus of fresh-caught seafood eaten with bare feet in the sand.

When To Go

Timing Your Maldives Stay

The Maldives enjoys warm, tropical weather year-round, but the dry season brings the clearest waters and calmest conditions for diving, snorkelling, and simply being.

December – April

Dry season with clear skies, calm seas, and excellent underwater visibility. Peak season — book well ahead.

May – June

Shoulder season with lower rates and quieter resorts. Some rain, but rarely all-day.

July – August

Wetter season but still beautiful. Larger swells attract surfers; rates remain lower.

September – November

Wettest months with occasional storms. Dramatic skies and the best value of the year.
